    Great video. Thank you for sharing. I saw a similar video from someone else. Both videos were fantastic for anyone who is considering this area, but I liked this one better as the content provider prioritizes information and data over flash. No annoying sound effects, or playful dialogue between two people focused more on entertainment than content and information share.
    Some really helpful advice, especially for those who aren’t from Houston. For instance the guidance on using an attic in a similar way to how people from other parts of the country use a basement was great.
    Keep up the good work. Your channel is the one I recommend first for those looking to come to Houston

      @RobZelinka How is Willis with floods?

    • @RobZelinka
      @RobZelinka 7 месяцев назад

      @@JohnCillian I would submit it all depends on your location. If you’re up by the lake or near the river you should expect to flood at some point. That can be said for any such location near water.
      The Woodland Hills, the area shared in this video did not flood and we saw over 2 feet of rain in a couple of days

    • @livinginhtx
      @livinginhtx  7 месяцев назад

      @@JohnCillian Only some lower lying homes on the lake occasionally flood if we have a freak storm, but Willis doesn’t flood much, mainly parts of Conroe that are near the San Jacinto River

    Nice home, living room is really a kitchen TV space. Fireplace is really cheap looking with the "wood". Kitchen cupboards are in all the rentals in Houston. Builder grade. There is a BIG profit in this house. What is the price of this house. It is optioned and it myst be over $400.K.

    Can you show homes without HOA please

    • @livinginhtx
      @livinginhtx  7 месяцев назад +4

      There are no new communities without HOAs and it’s difficult to film resale communities because of access into the homes and the fact that we can’t control the supply of inventory there. There are very few communities around Houston that don’t have hoas and they are all older.

    I do not decorate my house with items that dictate what they or the space they're in are for, like a utensil holder that says "Utensils" on the front or a picture in the kitchen that says "Kitchen" in cursive. We know it's the kitchen, we're STANDING in it. It's gonna be a hard pass for me on those pantry doors.
